Bhindi Masala Recipe
Semidry Lightly spiced vegetable using Bhindi, Tomato, Onion
Ingredients
For sauting Bhindi
- Oil- 2 table spoon
- Bhindi- 250 grams approx
- Oil- 1 table spoon
- Dhania Powder- 1 tea spoon
- Kashmiri Chili Powder- 1/2 tea spoon
- Haldi,Tumeric Powder- 1/2 tea spoon
- Saunf,Fennel Powder- 1/2 tea spoon
- Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tea spoon
- Amchur,Dry Mango Powder- 1/2 tea spoon
- Kasuri Methi- 1/2 tea spoon
- Salt to taste
- Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tea spoon
- Chopped Coriander or Dhania patta - 2 table spoon
- Chopped Onion- 1/3 cup
- Chopped Tomato- 1 cup
Preparation
- Rinse bhindi well in water
- Dry them on a plate with cloth
- Chop Bhindi as per your liking
- Chop Tomato and Bhindi and keep aside
- Make a paste of Ginger and garlic
- Heat 2 table spoon oil in pan or wok
- add Chopped Bhindi and fry till cooked
- Keep aside the fried Bhindi
- Add 1 table spoon oil in wok
- Add chopped onion and saute till golden brown
- Add Chopped tomato and saute till it is softened or mushy
- Add all dry spices and saute till done
- Add fried bhindi and cook for 2 minutes
- Serve in bowl and enjoy tangy Bhindi masala
