Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

If you love strawberry ice cream, then you're going to love this recipe! You only need four ingredients and 10 minutes to make this delicious ice cream.

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose ) powder

1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut into small pieces

Instructions:

1) In a medium size saucepan, heat the cream over medium heat. stirring constantly, cook until it begins to simmer. remove from heat and let cool.

2) In a medium sized bowl, mix together the sugar, vanilla extract and carboxymethyl cellulose powder. gradually add the cooled cream until all is mixed in well.

3) Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once frozen, add the strawberries and churn for another minute or two until combined. Serve immediately.
